At 16, he started a landscaping business, one he made successful by utilizing his parents’ values of hard work and integrity. Three decades later, he’s using those principles to propel ONE investment Group to the top of the South Florida commercial real estate market, working under the motto “Building Relationships One Client at a Time.” In 2006, Scarfone created ONE Investment Group to apply his philosophy, making the company the region’s premiere full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, meeting all commercial real estate needs for shopping centers, office buildings and storage facilities.

To this day, Scarfone personally oversees all client-related services and prides himself on increasing his client’s bottom line. “I launched One Investment Group with the same philosophy that I’ve had throughout my career—building one relationship at a time,” he said. “My company is not about getting a listing here or there; it lies, rather, in building relationships with investors.”

It’s this ethic that allows Scarfone to develop high-profile, organized and established commercial real estate portfolios for clients and investors. “It really comes down to sitting with our clients and taking the time to learn what they want out of there real estate investment,” Scarfone said. “We do it all. From $1 million to $100 million. We currently manage, lease, and own approximately 1.5 million square feet of shopping centers and office buildings across the state of Florida.”
